Opportunity for Postdocs

Postdocs currently at universities or research institutions can in principle submit proposals through Theiss Research to funding organizations. If they are unsuccessful, they can simply remain in their current postdoc positions. If they are successful, they can leave their current postdoc position and be hired or employed by Theiss Research to pursue their funded research. When they later apply for faculty positions they would be able to claim that they were Principal Investigators (PIs) who raised their own research funding and pursued their research independently. These are all qualifications that applicants for faculty positions are desired to have and that postdocs cannot offer.
